Refund & Return Policy – StaticMood

Made-to-Order Products (Print-on-Demand) All products in our store are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.

When are returns or replacements accepted? We only accept claims in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during shipping
• There is a printing error (wrong design, color, or product)
• The product has a manufacturing defect

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue at: StaticMood@wp.pl

Once your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal Under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. However, this does not apply to custom-made products created according to the customer's specifications. All our print-on-demand products fall under this exception.
