Terms of Service – StaticMood

1. General Information The online store StaticMood offers made-to-order (print-on-demand) products. Contact: StaticMood@wp.pl

2. Orders and Payments Orders can be placed online 24/7. Payment is processed through the available payment methods in the store.

3. Order Fulfillment Products are manufactured individually after payment is completed. Fulfillment time includes both production and shipping.

4. Returns and Complaints Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns. Complaints are only accepted in the following cases:

• Defective product
• Damage during shipping
• Incorrect item received

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order to: StaticMood@wp.pl. If the claim is approved, we offer either a replacement or a refund.

5. Liability The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external logistics providers.

6. Personal Data Data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the transaction takes place.
