1. Order Fulfillment All products in the StaticMood store are made-to-order (print-on-demand). Order processing time is typically 1–2 business days before shipment.

2. Shipping Time Estimated delivery time within the United States is up to 4-10 business days (including processing and shipping).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number (if available).

5. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or other factors beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee reshipment or a refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at: StaticMood@wp.pl. Each case will be reviewed individually.
